Warehouse Associate

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock.
• Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspect all stock for damages and keep records of damages.
• Organize the warehouse space.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Pick orders for shipment.
• Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operate stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Count stock and maintain inventory records.
• Perform routine cleaning duties.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb ladders or stairs or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May need to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Can work well under pressure.
• Can work well with other staff members and supervisors.
• Have open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
