We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead / Supervisor with a broad range of operational skills. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across multiple areas of warehouse operations and be comfortable leading while actively participating in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and support daily warehouse operations
- Manage and maintain inventory control processes
- Perform and support ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance)
- Lead and assist with production line activities
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across operations
- Support team members and help drive continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of overall warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management and quality control
- Ability to lead while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day tasks
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and team leadership abilities
A proactive leader who understands the full scope of warehouse operations and is willing to be involved in both supervision and execution of daily tasks.
