• Team Leadership: Manage daily operations for the Tier 1 Pick‑Pack team, provide guidance, handle escalations, and train incoming team members.
• Operational Excellence: Enforce on‑site processes and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Hands‑on Execution: Perform order fulfillment, package loading, and jump into production whenever needed.
• Inventory Control: Review stock levels, manage inventory, and lead quarterly inventory audit.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build sustainable, open relationships with on‑site partners and facilitate their success.
• Issue Resolution: Report failed orders to the customer support team and elevate urgent issues directly to the designated Site Manager and team.

• Experienced Leader: Proven experience managing teams in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
• Detail‑Oriented: Strong inventory management skills and a knack for spotting discrepancies.
