Inventory Supervisor

Likewize is searching for an Inventory Supervisor to join our team at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX.

• Own inventory accuracy from shelf to system, leading cycle count programs, audits, and discrepancy resolution across the distribution center.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inventory issues, uncovering root causes, and implementing lasting solutions.
• Manage inventory control resources and labor costs while maximizing efficiency and operational performance.
• Ensure products are in the right place, properly labeled, and accurately reflected across all warehouse systems.
• Keep inventory data, reporting, and regional stock levels aligned, accurate, and audit‑ready.
• Deliver against key operational goals with a commitment to precision, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example to create a safe, high‑performing, and team‑focused warehouse environment where people and processes thrive.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience leading teams in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• A people‑first leader who knows how to coach, motivate, and develop teams while driving operational success.
• Experience identifying opportunities for improvement, tracking performance metrics, and turning ideas into measurable results.
• Proven success hiring top talent, building strong teams, and managing performance with fairness and accountability.
• Strong communicator who can connect with team members, peers, and leadership alike.

• Adaptable and flexible, ready to support the business and work varying schedules when operational needs require it.

• Experience in JDE, High Jump, Kronos, ADP, or equivalent software that shows your skills in warehouse operations.

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10‑minute commute to Dallas‑Fort Worth International Airport.
