Freight-Breakers in Dallas, TX is seeking a dynamic 1st Shift Lead Tire Warehouse to oversee daily operations, drive accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory, and mentor a team of warehouse associates.
You will use WMS and AS400, enforce OSHA safety standards, coordinate with 3PL partners, and lead process improvements to boost productivity in our fast-paced tire distribution environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and a hands-on leadership style.
