Full Time | Shift: Night (Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:30pm, overnight) | Pay: $20.25/hr with potential order pulling bonus up to 50% on top of hourly rate.
Reliable and detail-oriented Lumber Order Puller responsible for pulling lumber and millwork by hand from the warehouse for shipment, using an RF scanner to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities- Scan locations and pull products using an RF Scanner to fulfill customer orders safely and effectively.
- Ensure all units are organized, leveled and tightly built for transport.
- Communicate discrepancies, product issues or safety issues with the Supervisor.
- Place the completed and labeled order into the designated area once the order is fulfilled.
- Maintain a clean work area, sweeping, rebinding loose bundles, etc.
- Successfully pass all Novo tugger training and operate a tugger following all safety requirements established within Novo.
- Effectively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements.
- Use proper PPE and company-approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to move awkward product lengths and weights.
- Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills.
- Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Flexibility in scheduling – able to work overtime as needed.
- Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience driving industrial‑powered equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
No travel required.
Physical Requirements- Able to withstand exposure to seasonal weather elements and wood dust.

The employee must meet pulling requirements in order to qualify for each tier of the weekly order pulling bonus for each pay period.
