Job SummaryThe Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for handling order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely distribution. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, and the ability to maintain organized stock levels.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Receive and stock inventory, ensuring proper organization and storage.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock levels.
- Enter purchase orders and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Work closely with the fulfillment and logistics teams to optimize shipping efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience (Preferred).
- Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with logistics and shipping software is a plus.
