This is a chance to own a function that directly drives how well the whole business runs.
The Inventory Manager owns inventory accuracy, flow, and strategy across the entire warehouse. You ll set the standards the inventory team works to — building the cycle-count program, defining receiving and pick/pack accuracy targets, and using data in Zoho to keep stock lean but sellable. You ll lead the Inventory Lead, Specialist, and associates, and you ll be ownership s go-to for anything inventory.
This is a build-and-own role: you re setting up the function correctly, not inheriting a finished one.
- Company-wide inventory accuracy and the cycle-count program
- Receiving, put away, and pick/pack accuracy standards and SOPs
- Stock-level strategy in partnership with Purchasing (reorder points, dead stock, shrinkage)
- Leading and developing the inventory/warehouse team
- Inventory reporting, KPIs, and root-cause fixes in Zoho Inventory
- Process and system improvements as volume scales
- 4+ years in inventory or warehouse operations, including supervisory experience
- Strong command of ERP/inventory systems (Zoho a plus) and data/Excel
- Proven ability to build SOPs and hit accuracy targets
- A leader who develops a team and operates independently
- Process-driven, detail-obsessed, and comfortable owning outcomes
- 21+ (oversees age-restricted tobacco/vape/hemp inventory)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 4+ years inventory/warehouse experience with at least 1–2 years leading people
- Hands-on ERP/inventory software experience
- Strong Excel/data skills (cycle counts, shrinkage, KPI reporting)
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or regulated-product environments
- Track record standing up inventory processes from scratch
