Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Dallas, Texas— offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Position Overview

Warehouse forklift operator / driver positions pay weekly. Hourly pay $23.00 per hour with additional $1.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Thursday–Saturday 4:00 AM–4:00 PM, every other Wednesday 4:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Team player able to work within a diverse work environment
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Highly thorough and dependable
  • Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possesses a high degree of initiative

  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs

  • Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induce, stage products, and load/unload trucks
  • Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
  • Perform other duties as assigned
