We are currently searching for a Loader to be based out of Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Operator's primary focus will be pulling and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks/flatbeds and making sure the product is secure and safe.

• Follow plant safety rules and wear proper PPE
• Follow yard and dock loading/unloading safety rules and procedures
• Be able to locate, accurately count, and package products for shipment
• Inspect products and packaging for damage
• Package, palletize and bundle product for shipment using means appropriate for method of transportation
• Proficient with all sorts of material handling and packaging devices including forklifts, pallet jacks and banders.
• Accurately receive and record inbound freight shipments
• Correctly identify and put away purchased/manufactured fittings
• Aware of overstock areas
• Load out customer will call's and other docked van freight
• Unload product from flatbeds and docked van freight
• Able to correctly tie downloaded flat racks
• Packing accuracy must be at or exceed an acceptable level
• Perform general warehouse duties and cleanup
• All other assigned duties

• Preferred educational requirement is High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of basic math
• High attention to detail, accuracy, time management and organization
• Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment in a calm and logical manner
• Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.80 per hour . Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
