Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor We're looking for a Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll oversee shipping, receiving inventory, and daily warehouse activities while supporting and developing your team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who stays organized, solves problems, keeps inventory accurate, and helps ensure orders are shipped on time.

Role Responsibilities:

Drive department performance by hitting KPIs for gross profit, inventory turns, fill rate, and budget targets

Lead and hold the Parts team accountable for productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Optimize inventory to support Service, Body Shop, and wholesale demand while minimizing obsolescence and overhead

Execute smart pricing strategies by customer segment to maximize margin, revenue, and retention

Ensure inventory accuracy, warranty recovery, and compliance through disciplined tagging and stock control

Partner with the Service Manager to reduce repair times and accelerate internal parts turnaround

Prerequisites:

Previous Parts/Warehouse management experience required (pay based on experience)

Experience with inventory control.

Physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Able to read, follow, and apply safety rules, procedures, and instructions; comfortable completing routine report

Strong organizational and communication skills.
