1st Shift MHE Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform Cycle Counts, Empty Locations Reports, Mixed Locations Reports and researching inventory using SAP & WMS Systems Inventory control, receiving, stocking
• Follow company guidelines and established programs.
• Conducting inventory counting processes to ensure a shipment’s accuracy
• Evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures
• Maintaining inventory storage space in the store’s warehouse
• Training store staff in stocking procedures and product dating methods
• Planning store warehouse space usage
• Placing inventory restock orders
• Communicating with management about any inventory issues that arise if products are missing or damaged within a shipment
• Managing and maintaining inventory records using an inventory management software system

• EXPERIENCE At least 2 years’ experience in a distribution facility including shipping, receiving, stacking, picking, packing and palletizing finished products.
• Experience with operating a fork lift (Reach Truck, Order Picker)
• Able to lift up to 60lbs, consistently throughout a shift
• Ability to effectively work unsupervised and is self-motivated.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal computer skills and a general knowledge of Microsoft products and Computerized Warehouse Management Systems
• Forklift Stand up Reach and Cherry Picker
