The Role

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for handling order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely distribution. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and the ability to maintain organized stock levels.

What You'll Do
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Receive and stock inventory, ensuring proper organization and storage.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock levels.
  • Enter purchase orders and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the fulfillment and logistics teams to optimize shipping efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience (Preferred).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with logistics and shipping software is a plus.
