As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support daily warehouse activities that keep production running efficiently. You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory, material handling, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization while working alongside an experienced team in a clean, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and customer orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse and stockroom locations.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments and completing documentation.
- Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory by assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support warehouse, stockroom, and production teams as workload requires.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or general labor experience.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and positive attitude.
- Committed to quality, safety, and attendance.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements.
- Documented U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required.
