As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support daily warehouse activities that keep production running efficiently. You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory, material handling, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization while working alongside an experienced team in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and customer orders.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse and stockroom locations.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments and completing documentation.
  • Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support warehouse, stockroom, and production teams as workload requires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
  • 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or general labor experience.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and positive attitude.
  • Committed to quality, safety, and attendance.
Education & Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements.
  • Documented U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required.
