Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead daily inventory control and receiving operations within our warehouse. This role will supervise a team of up to 5 employees while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient receiving processes, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of up to 5 warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving operations, including shipment verification, inspection, and system transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure proper product storage, labeling, and inventory movement.
• Monitor team productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience with receiving, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
