** Works with CBO staff, HMC customers and outside customers to gather, send, process, record and maintain electronic and written forms of information. Information includes but is not limited to mail, bankruptcy information, charity adjustments and electronic document management. Completes clerical “projects” as needed for all members of the CBO staff.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Completion of a high school diploma.
Licensure: N/A
Experience:
Prefer some experience in a clerical or health related field.
Experience with electronic document management preferred.
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines and standards Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Working knowledge of medical A/R software programs and PC skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Must pay close attention to detail and demonstrate competence in basic math concepts
