** Self-starter performing a wide range of clerical procedures in support of the Organizational/Clinical Development Departments. Assists with documentation and set up/follow up to include but not limited to New Associate Orientation, Management Orientation, Residency Orientation and New Nurse Orientation. Must be able to maneuver through multiple systems (i.e. learning management systems, supply systems, etc.). Must be a good communicator and have excellent organizational skills.
** Skills**: Excellent clerical and organizational skills, typing, personal computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers, ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and standards; ability to use good judgment in the absence of formal guidelines, policies, or procedures; ability to prioritize work load, work well with minimum direction and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
