Regional Sales Director – East Coast

Location: Dalton, GA (East Coast territory)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base salary ~$96,000 + performance-based commission

Job Overview

We are partnering with a global furnishing manufacturer expanding its U.S. East Coast presence. The Regional Sales Director – East Coast will lead regional sales strategy, grow distributor and channel partnerships, and drive revenue across the Eastern U.S. This is a hands‑on leadership role with long‑term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute East Coast sales strategy and regional growth initiatives
  • Drive revenue through distributors, dealers, contractors, and project-based customers
  • Develop, onboard, and manage channel and distributor partners
  • Expand market presence through showroom placements, product sampling, and local initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Manage regional sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to support order fulfillment
  • Build and lead a regional sales team as the business scales
  • Provide market insights on customer needs and competitive trends
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of sales experience, including sales leadership or regional sales responsibility
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or project-based sales models
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. East Coast
