CRM System, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We’re looking for an analytically driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst. This role powers the Revenue Intelligence & Analytics function — building and maintaining dashboards, data products, and analytical outputs that drive better decision‑making across the sales organization. You’ll design and own Power BI dashboards consumed by senior sales leadership, maintain the data quality and CRM hygiene that makes those outputs trustworthy, and partner closely with Finance, IT, and HR on systems and data workflows.
You’ll be expected to think analytically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work end‑to‑end.
- Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence: design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used by sales leadership, regional managers, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions — defining data models, DAX measures, and visual layouts that surface actionable insight.
- Own the full lifecycle of each BI deliverable: requirements gathering, development, QA, stakeholder review, and ongoing maintenance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, or automate legacy reports that no longer serve a decision‑making function.
- Maintain a data quality scorecard tracking duplicate rates, missing fields, and stale records across key data sources, with periodic reporting to leadership.
- Sales Reporting & Operational Analysis: produce and distribute routine sales reports — pipeline views, territory summaries, account lists, order recaps — so reps and managers have reliable, consistent data without building it themselves.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests from sales leadership, providing clean, well‑documented outputs with appropriate context and caveats.
- Identify, propose, and help implement process improvements for manual or inefficient workflows within the sales operations function.
- Serve as a cross‑functional liaison between Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and HR for CRM and systems‑related requests.
- Distribution List & Documentation Management: own and maintain sales‑related email distribution lists and the external‑facing salesperson locator, keeping them accurate as the team evolves.
- Maintain the Sales Operations SOP library, managing version control and ensuring materials reflect current processes.
- Administer the Sales Ops SharePoint environment including content organization and permissions management.
- Commission & Compensation Support: administer and maintain rep records in the commission platform, ensuring accurate setup ahead of each compensation cycle; partner with Sales Operations leadership to flag data discrepancies or configuration issues that could affect payout accuracy.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales operations, business intelligence, or analytically‑oriented role.
- Hands‑on Power BI experience including report and dashboard development, DAX measures, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, structured data management, and analysis‑ready output.
- Hands‑on experience with a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics preferred; Salesforce or Hub Spot also considered) including user administration.
- Comfort with data quality concepts such as duplicate records, missing fields, metric tie‑outs.
- Organized and self‑directed; able to manage multiple recurring workflows and project deliverables without close supervision.
- Clear communicator who can translate analytical outputs for non‑technical stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and IT.
- Experience with SAP, Snowflake, IBM Cognos, or similar enterprise ERP and reporting environments.
- Familiarity with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
- Exposure to commission or incentive compensation platforms (Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools and SharePoint site administration.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics tools or a demonstrated interest in applying emerging tools to analytical workflows.
- A commitment that Safety is #1.
- Competitive benefits, pay, and retirement plan options.
- Career growth, stability, and flexible work arrangements.
- Responsible Manufacturing – Protecting Our Planet for the Future (renews use of renewable energy, closed‑loop recycled water process, commitment to reducing greenhouse emissions and water consumption).
