Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Purpose
In this support role, you'll be the go‑to expert for administrators and beneficiaries dealing with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) and other types of HRAs on a day‑to‑day basis. Your main purpose is to ensure that clients understand how these arrangements function, assist them in designing and implementing their HRA plans effectively, and provide ongoing support as they navigate through various challenges or questions that may arise.
Essentially, you'll serve as a crucial link between our company and our clients, offering guidance, problem‑solving assistance, and building strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services.
Job Duties
- Provides expert support for users of HRASimple via chat, phone, and tickets
- Guides clients on HRA details, plan design, and platform usage
- Aids in HRA plan design and implementation for companies
- Provides friendly, clear, and confident support
- Manages support requests efficiently
- Collects and represents client feedback internally
- Builds relationships with company administrators
- Assists small businesses with HRA implementation
- Ensures accuracy in data provided to administrators
- Simplifies data explanation for client understanding
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Consistently demonstrates compliance with HIPAA regulations, professional conduct, and ethical practice
- Works to encourage and promote Company culture throughout the organization
- Other duties as may be assigned

- Understanding complex enrollment processes
- Remaining calm in fast‑paced environments
- Conflict resolution and clear communication
- Navigating multiple software platforms
- Analyzing complex data sets
- Open to new ideas and perspectives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred active Georgia License in Accident/Sickness/Life Insurance
- Two or more years broad‑based business experience within health insurance or relevant industries
- Experience in a sales‑oriented environment is preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Strong multitasking ability
- Proactive and positive problem‑solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical proficiency in Excel and data management
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Moderate to significant amount of stress in meeting deadlines and dealing with day‑to‑day responsibilities. Must be able to drive a vehicle and daytime/overnight travel as required.
