This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dalton, GA for an Estimator - Construction Management professional. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, including quantity take-offs and material costs, analyzing project requirements, and determining project budgets. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with project managers and clients, reviewing project documents, and ensuring that estimates adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
Additionally, the Estimator will contribute to cost management throughout the project lifecycle and assist in financial planning for construction projects.
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projects
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with project stakeholders and team members
- Ability to read and interpret project documents and blueprints
- Proficiency in construction estimating software tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- An understanding of construction materials, methods, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
