Duties & Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, portal regarding orders, pricing, shipping, invoicing, returns, claims.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Track and manage shipments.
Build and manage strong relationships with customers.
Proactively communicate delays or issues.
Continually improve processes and customer experience.

Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance

No Clearance

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of two years customer service experience in the flooring industry is required.
Experience with AS400 strongly preferred.
Solution-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent phone presence and written communication skills.
