This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) and is only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in a High School Work-Based Learning program. The WBLP with Mohawk is designed to allow students to learn, develop, and build onto their industry‑related skills within Commercial Customer Service while completing a High School curriculum.

• Enter sales orders and order changes including price quotations, preparation and follow‑up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates
• Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals
• Manage 40‑80 calls from customers/sales a day

• Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old
• 11:30 p.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Basic computer skills
• Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
• Building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve goals
• Adapting to changing situations, circumstances, and audiences
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• 2‑3 weeks on the job training
• Opportunities for advancement and Apprenticeship pathways upon completing High School
• Working within a leading global manufacturer with hands‑on training and mentoring
