Field Automation Engineer I & II

Albireo Energy is hiring a Field Automation Engineer I & II to independently execute BAS and EPMS programming, integration, and commissioning on data center construction projects. You'll develop control logic, build SCADA dashboards, lead system startup, and mentor junior team members — all on some of the most technically demanding projects in the industry.

This is a role where your technical skills have immediate, visible impact. You'll work on large-scale data centers, sharpen your programming chops across multiple platforms, and grow into a senior technical leader with a clear path forward.

What You'll Do

• Develop and modify BAS control logic for HVAC, electrical, and process systems.
• Configure Rockwell PLC monitoring logic for EPMS scope including UPS, generators, and power distribution.
• Build and configure Ignition SCADA dashboards and graphics.
• Lead system startup activities for assigned project scope.
• Perform and document functional testing and commissioning results.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, commissioning agents, and project managers.
• Mentor Field Automation Engineer I and Specialist personnel.
