What you’ll do:
  • As an OMT, you will begin with an8-week onsite training in Dalton, Georgia; this training includes learning about our company, products, facilities, processes, people, your fellowOMT’s, and(of course) leadership development.

  • After the 8-week onsite training, you will be partnered with a manufacturing facility that will bestutilizeyour skills and interests to develop yourself and the plant.

  • Here, we empower and encourage our traineestowork with our engineering staff andapplybothknowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects;theseoften include tacklingreal-worldissues and givestraineesvaluabletechnicalexperiencefor a successful career start.

  • Upon successfully completing the program(around 6 months), you will have the chance to interview for positions that align with your unique talents and career aspirations.

  • Almost allof our OMT graduates get offered a permanent role at a facility as an entry-level engineer soon after training ends.

    Potential rolesofteninclude Process Engineering, Project Engineering,Technical Engineering,Automation Engineering,Industrial Engineering,and more.

Qualifications:
  • ABachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields.

  • Co-op or internship experience is much preferred but not required.

Salary:

$63-94K/year and advancement opportunities

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | hours may vary depending on facility and training schedule needs
