Tarkett USA (Dalton, GA) is seeking a Director of Finance – Costing & Analysis responsible for driving and improving Commercial NA performance, ensuring compliance and consistency of manufacturing site financial statements, and leading cost accounting across the entire organization.
Responsibilities include executing strategies to enhance profitability with a focus on plant performance, forecasting, budgeting, and adherence to internal controls/policies. The Director will supervise approximately 4 subordinates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or closely related field (foreign equivalents accepted) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years within a manufacturing environment.
