JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews with patients to determine eligibility for assistance or government aid related to healthcare. Ability to relay information of varying benefits as related to patient's services at Hamilton Medical Center. Facilitates the submission of applications for medical financial assistance. Interacts with federal agencies to aid in determining available services. Ability to relay client responsibilities, rights and program availability.
Evaluates consistency and completeness of data and where indicated substantiates its accuracy.
