We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Dalton, Georgia facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00AM-7:30PM, Monday through Thursday. Pay range will be $90,000 - $120,000/year.

Support the establishment of an integrated, efficient, and agile global supply chain organization by establishing robust inventory management practices, supporting the SIOP process, and fostering strong communication with Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, and Quality. Utilize the Techmer ERP system for daily scheduling and material movement activities, as well as forecasting site demand and constraints. Lead Shipping & Receiving, Material Control/Allocation, and Logistics.

Coordinate with other sites and Operations leaders to provide timely and reliable material flow and efficient inventory management supporting OTD targets. Ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy.

Directly oversee daily receipt and shipment execution, material flow to and from production, FIFO compliance, warehouse organization, and workforce deployment between Shipping, Receiving, and Allocations to support production and meet customer due dates.

B.S. in Supply Chain Management with 1-2 years of experience, or 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or another supply chain discipline preferred.

• Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation, including delivery receipts, bills of lading, packing lists, and export documentation.
• Ability to prioritize operational needs, balance warehouse labor, and elevate issues when needed.

Reports to the Site Manager. Manages all on-site inventory activities, Shipping, Receiving, and Allocator/Material Movement employees. Responsible for non-WIP inventory and supports scheduling and production as needed. Supports SIOP and other Supply Chain processes, coordinates with procurement to drive raw material demand planning, and drives standardized processes and transactional discipline in scheduling and material management.

• Manage site Supply Chain personnel and processes, including Allocations and Shipping & Receiving.
• Support SIOP processes, including forecasting, line capacity analysis, and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes within the plant and drive inventory initiatives related to working capital targets.
• Support refinement of ERP parameters, including raw material lead time and route accuracy, to reflect manufacturing capabilities.
• Establish clear communication practices among Scheduling, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Production.
• Support proactive communication for production changes or delays related to raw materials, staffing, quality, or other constraints.
• Drive improvements to OTD by balancing plant efficiency requirements with customer needs.
