Hours may vary from day to day depending on operational needs

Own vehicle required

Auto Allowance, up to $200 per month

What You’ll DoInspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly

Be accountable for quality, follow up, and reporting issues

Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent

Travel between multiple locations as needed

Support and guide custodial staff

Manage, distribute, and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations

Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked

Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required

Driving Requirement Must be able to drive between locations to deliver supplies and perform every day tasks

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required

What We’re Looking For Custodial or janitorial experience

Strong sense of accountability and reliability

Takes ownership of work and follows through

Organized and detail oriented

Comfortable working independently

Willing to help others and lead by example

Good driving record, own vehicle for driving to and from locations

Personal cell phone required for timekeeping.

This is a hands-on working position, not an office job. If you are dependable, take pride in your work, and are comfortable handling added responsibility and travel, this may be a great fit.

Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check.

Fingerprint-based background screening may be required for certain customer locations and contracts.

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout customer facilities for extended periods.

Ability to regularly climb stairs and inspect multiple areas of customer sites.

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed during facility inspections and operational reviews.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Ability to operate a computer, mobile device, and other standard office equipment.

Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office buildings, schools, industrial facilities, healthcare settings, and outdoor areas as required.

Ability to travel frequently and safely operate a motor vehicle throughout Texas.

Must be able to respond to operational emergencies and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel as business needs require.
