As a Logistics Account Director (English/Korean Bilingual) you will

• Be responsible for client Communication and Support for operations to three facilities and a warehouse.
• Manage key account customer as a head of KAM Group lead
• Provides support to warehouse management by implementing short range plans and identifying goals and objectives to meet the plant's mission, and strategic plans
• Manages various functions related to Inbound/Outbound, air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics and warehouse management
• Review current or future trends that could indicate a possible gap in warehouse operations and make recommendations for branch managers based on research data.
• Analyze and identify improvements for productivity of warehouses and employees in the warehouse
• Maintain strong relationships with all clients through efficient communication.
• Communicate directly with the customer regarding special projects, weekly shipping rhythms and inbound receiving, with a focus on model types with low inventory that could impact overall outbound processing.
• Conducts daily status meetings with branch leaders to review location warehouse performance and to develop action plans to ensure productivity targets are met
• Report and conduct thorough investigations into any service failures, accidents misconducts, security issues or claims to the concerned Dept. for immediate support and/or response.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

This is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Korean Bilingual Required to communicate with customers
• 13+ years of International, Domestic Freight, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain experience required
• Education:
  Bachelor’s Degree or higher required in a business-related field
• Preferred has work experience in Warehouse and Factory Operations, or logistics company.
• Travel %:
  Ability to travel up to 30% in U.S.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000/year + up to 10% bonus


* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
