We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and be able to effectively lead a team of 15-20 warehouse workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff
- Assist employees with job placement and training
- Recruit new employees and conduct onboarding processes
- Ensure accurate attendance records and post daily attendance for the shift
- Complete incident reports and keep up with damage control
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Manage day-to-day operations in a culturally diverse environment
- Demonstrate strong managerial skills and ability to lead by example
