The Director of Project Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Dalton, GA. This position oversees a portfolio of complex client and internal projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project managers and cross-functional teams, defining project plans and milestones, allocating resources, and managing risk and issue resolution.

The Director will collaborate closely with operations, sales, account management, and production teams to align project objectives with business goals and client expectations. This role is also responsible for implementing standardized project management processes, monitoring performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, and communicating project status and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives and complex client engagements.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities to guide project managers and cross-functional teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in Process Improvement to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and enhance project delivery standards.
• Extensive background in project management within print, packaging, fulfillment, logistics, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and clients.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP or similar certification is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dalton, GA and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
