Join a fast‑paced automotive manufacturing environment where quality drives performance. We’re seeking a hands‑on Quality Engineer who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and working directly with customers and production teams to deliver world‑class results.
What You’ll Do:- Act as the primary customer quality liaison for returns, warranty, and external failures
- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to eliminate defects
- Monitor PPM, scrap, and quality KPIs; implement countermeasures quickly and effectively
- Lead cross‑functional problem‑solving and daily quality/strike team meetings
- Support new product/vehicle launches and customer quality requirements
- Conduct Control Plan, FMEA, and process audits to ensure compliance and stability
- Drive continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and plant‑floor quality initiatives
- Partner closely with production, maintenance, lab, and customer teams
- Degree in Engineering or related field OR equivalent manufacturing quality experience
- Automotive / Tier 1 supplier experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting new product or vehicle launches
- Knowledge of gauges, inspection systems, and manufacturing quality processes
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and improve performance
- Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Hands‑on, driven, and solutions‑focused approach
Hands‑on role in a high‑energy automotive manufacturing plant (majority on production floor). Some travel may be required.
