We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team! The Quality Technician will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities- Carry out necessary in-process tests and document results.
- Identify, resolve, and implement troubleshooting measures.
- Check for test plans and develop suggestions for correction.
- Develop, suggest, and potentially implement organizational optimizations.
- Serve as the direct contact for specialty departments quality and external complaints.
- Assist lab in obtaining test and measurement parts from line.
- 3+ years of quality technician experience OR completed technical vocational training in tool or industrial mechanic.
- Process knowledge in forming technology.
- Good user knowledge in the SAP system and MS Office standard programs.
- Basic knowledge of statistical QM methods.
- Confident, personal demeanor when dealing with related departments.
- Working knowledge of the IDOS and SAP systems.
- Test plan and process analyst.
- Organized and systematic.
