This is a full-time, on-site role for a Press Operator, located in Dalton, GA. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses, preparing materials for production, conducting quality control checks throughout the process, handling pre‑press tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues as needed. A focus on precision, efficiency, and commitment to quality is key to success in this role.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Printing processes and Pre‑press preparation
• Strong focus on Quality Control to maintain product standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, production environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage
