Mohawk Industries - - - Responsibilities:
Operate tufting machine to run efficiently while checking the face for quality defects, threading needles, and replacing yarn as needed.;
Mark and doff all rolls produced and assist in changing the primary backing.;
Check rugs to match order and verify yarn color/weight according to specifications.;
Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety procedures; report unsafe acts or hazards.;
Repair minor machine malfunctions and assist with lifting/moving heavy objects and loading/unloading blade blocks.
