Standard Sample Processor

Dalton, GA

Position Type:
Hourly

Primary Objective

Responsible for processing sample material and moving the material through the various stages from receiving material to shipping product to customers.

Major Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include unloading product from truck and transporting to storage and/or processing area.
• Responsibilities include cutting product from scheduled cut sheet
• Responsibilities include labeling product with applicable labels
• Responsibilities include stocking material on shelf and/or overage storage
• Responsibilities include pulling items for daily orders
• Responsibilities include packing items from daily orders
• Responsibilities include shipping items to customers
• Responsible for keeping a clean and safe work area
• Any other tasks required by supervision

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Scissor lift and/or Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Team oriented
