Tufting Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tufting Machine Operator to join our synthetic turf manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the primary engine of our production line, operating large-scale industrial tufting machines that transform synthetic yarn into high‑durability turf for sports fields, landscapes, and commercial use.

Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM, Monday – Thursday (and some Fridays).

Salary: $18 – $18.01 per hour.

Education:

High School.

• Set up and run large-scale industrial tufting machines that "tuft" synthetic yarn into a primary backing to create artificial turf.
• Operate the machines during 12‑hour shifts while maintaining the quality of the product.
• Perform quality control and monitoring of the product.
• Work up to 10 hours of overtime per week if needed.
• Attend client interviews and complete 2–3 weeks of training on the first shift.

• Material handling.
• Machine operator experience; at least 2 years of experience with industrial sewing/tufting machines.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced level of proficiency.
