• Operates mostly routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
• Performs mostly routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced.
• Reports any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follows safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Solid understanding of the production equipment.

The pay range for this position is $17.31–$27.69. A competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.31 and $27.69, with offers varying based on market data and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The starting rate is consistent for all applicants; it does not reflect future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
