Finishing Utility Relief | Monday-Friday Position

This position is from Monday
- Friday 3pm-11pm. The primary responsibilities are to assist in filling in for absent employees, relieve employees for breaks, and handle sew on waste.

• Give breaks in finishing and fill in for absent employees on Coater, Reshear, Weigh and record sew on waste.
• Assist in keeping the department clean and orderly.

• Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, and stoop.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs occasionally.
• Work in a normal industrial environment with inherent background noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations.
• Must participate in group stretching prior to shift.

• Must be applicable to all JHA’s.

• Power Industrial Truck (PIT).

• Use appropriate tools for job depending on which operator is being relieved for breaks or absence:
  Pole, Hyster Fork, Hyster Turkey Knife, Cutting Gloves, Dennison Gun.

This position has the responsibility and authority to report to management any safety problems, and potential problems, encountered while performing the job. It also maintains responsibility for the quality and safety of its own output and that of co‑workers.

Valid Hyster/Lift Truck license.

8 Hr non-rotating shift, hours fall to in punch day, observed calendar, shift starts PM.
