Harcros Chemicals is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Chemical Worker to support daily manufacturing and production operations. This role is responsible for blending raw materials, operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate production records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Blend raw materials and operate manufacturing equipment to produce products that meet quality and customer specifications.

* Monitor equipment performance, tank levels, temperatures, and production processes throughout manufacturing operations.

* Perform quality control testing, analyze samples, and adjust blends as needed to meet specifications.

* Calculate batch sizes and maintain accurate production and manufacturing records.

* Load and unload trucks, drums, and totes while ensuring proper labeling and DOT compliance.

* Verify placards, tank conditions, and shipment documentation to support safe material handling.

* Assist with training new employees and supporting general plant operations.

* Support hazardous waste handling, spill response, inspections, and related documentation activities as required.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

* High school diploma or GED required.

* One to three years of related manufacturing or production experience preferred.

* Forklift certification preferred.

* Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
