About Us: M+A Matting is seeking candidates for part‑time employment. Our facility operates 24 hours a day and shifts are available in 4‑hour increments. Employees can completely self‑schedule and tailor their working hours around their own schedules. Part‑time employees are eligible to work up to 28 hours per week. Training is provided for each open position.

Position Overview: We are seeking team players who are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and are a self‑starter. Heavy lifting is required in all departments. Basic computer skills are greatly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead

Requirements:

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting
• Very proficient with computers
• Able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to work in a non‑climate controlled environment
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision post‑training.
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.

Schedule:

1st Shift
: 6 AM‑10 AM or 10 AM‑2 PM

2nd Shift
: 2 PM‑6 PM or 6 PM‑10 PM

3rd Shift
: 10 PM‑2 AM or 2 AM‑6 AM

Compensation:

• Shipping: $13.50
• Press: $15.50

Please Note: This part‑time position does not include benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off.
