Position Overview

This position is Monday
- Friday 3pm-11pm

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Serve the Tufting Department by making necessary blade rebuilds and blade changes. There will also be responsible for repairs and/or adjustments to yarn dollies, and minor repairs to creels.

Essential Duties:

* Rebuild (jig) blade blocks

* Install Blade Blocks in tufting machine

* Remove Blades from the machine

* Make necessary repairs to Creels

* Clean and replace wheels on yarn dollies

* Preform housekeeping tasks for the department including painting

* Repair held tufting rolls as needed

* Splitting tufting rolls to meet customer requirements

Non-Essential Duties:

* Serve on task forces and committees as necessary

* Perform other non quality-related duties as directed by Supervisor
