Warehouse Unpacker – Dalton, GA

Automation Personnel Services seeks reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Unpackers for a reputable manufacturing facility in Dalton, GA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured, safety‑focused environment where you will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while contributing to a team‑driven, production‑focused setting.

Day shift: $17.00 per hour.
Night shift: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule: Day shift—8:00 am to 8:00 pm swing shift (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on). Night shift—8:00 pm to 8:00 am swing shift (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on). Must be willing to work every other weekend.

• Manually unpack, lift, carry, and position incoming shipments, boxes, and pallets.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Break down boxes, dispose of packing materials, and recycle where appropriate.
• Assist in unloading containers as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE use.

• Lift, carry, and move packages or materials up to 50 lbs (assessment will be conducted in office).
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, standing, and walking for long periods.
• Willingness to work in varied conditions (temperature‑controlled or warehouse environments).
• Drug screen and background check required.
