Job Tasks

• Ability to operate all types of cone cutting machines within facility
• Operate cardboard baler
• Perform daily housekeeping activities
• Identify machine issues and report to Shift leader or Supervisor
• Other duties determined by leadership
• Responsible formaintainingan efficient workplace by assigning jobs and duties in a fair andequitablemanner
• Responsible forprovidingteam guidance on daily tasks
• Responsible for meeting the production, quality, and safety needs set by management
• Responsible for the completion of shift report by the end of the shift and for communicating issues to management right away.
• Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping ofdepartmentby making certain all tasks are completed on shifts.
• Responsible for ensuring PPE are available for the shift (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
