Mind Source is looking for an Operation Supervisor for our client based in Dalton, GA. The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with safety and performance standards. The role includes monitoring processes, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring operational goals are met in line with company objectives.

• Bilingual:
Korean and English
• Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles.

• Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
