Must be able to perform all jobs in production area.
Assist with training new hires.
Perform freezer and cooler inventories.
Obtain hand jack license/forklift license.
Willingness to work on any line in the plant.
Other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Demonstrated practice of skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and resolution of day to day problems associated with production line workforce.
Excellent demonstrated record of Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety and Health Issues, and adhering to any/all company policies and practices.
Read, write simple addition and subtraction.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
