Part-Time Manufacturing - Press and Shipping
M+A Matting is seeking candidates for part-time employment. Our facility operates 24 hours a day and shifts are available in 4-hour increments. Employees can completely self-schedule and tailor their working hours around their own schedules. Part-time employees are eligible to work up to 28 hours per week. Training is provided for each open position.
We are seeking team players who are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and are a self-starter. Heavy lifting is required in all departments. Basic computer skills are greatly desired.
Key responsibilities include obtaining a production schedule from the lead, verifying the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine, producing the quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met, making sure the workstations are clean and organized, and any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead.
Requirements include 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting, very proficient with computers, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment, possessing reliable transportation, the ability to work with minimal supervision post-training, and the ability to work day in and day out in a safe manner.
Schedule options include:
- 1st Shift: 6AM-10AM or 10AM-2PM
- 2nd Shift: 2PM-6PM or 6PM-10PM
- 3rd Shift: 10PM-2AM or 2AM-6AM
Compensation:
- Shipping: $13.50
- Press: $15.50
