Electro Mechanical Technician

• Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machinery, devices, and equipment related to the manufacturing process.
• Learning production equipment processes and operations to aid in machine troubleshooting and support.
• Executing assigned preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitoring and reacting to routine demand maintenance requirements.
• Utilizing various mechanical and electrical test equipment, tools, and necessary paper/digital resources to complete assigned tasks.
• Assisting with manufacturing during product change-over.
• Planning, assisting, documenting, and implementing process improvement techniques and devices.
• Utilizing machining, electrical, and mechanical trade skills to complete daily tasks.
• Attending any job‑related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Following all established standard operating procedures.
• Performing general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Performing other tasks assigned by management.

• Prior maintenance experience in an industrial setting required.
• Associate's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance preferred.

• This position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be fluctuating temperatures and other department‑specific variables. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required, and may include hearing protection, safety shoes, high‑visibility clothing, and eye protection.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, and stairs are required.
