We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paintshop Operative to join our Commercial & Industrial Division at our site in Ballinamallard.

Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education. The division has manufacturing sites in Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen, each with full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling a high‑quality product across Europe.

• Preparation:
  Ensure that the steel pieces have the correct blast profile, are clean, free from contaminants, and ready for coating application.
• Application:
  Apply protective coatings to the steelwork, ensuring correct thickness and that all products meet specified standards.
• Quality Control:
  Measure and verify the wet film thickness of the coatings, check for defects, and ensure a high-quality finish.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all health and safety guidelines, properly handle and store coating materials and equipment.

• Previous experience in a similar role with steelwork and protective coatings.
• Familiarity with coating equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
